With over a decade of clinical experience, I have helped hundreds of people to live more comfortably in their bodies. I am always learning new techniques and study to broaden my understanding of injury treatment and the management of chronic pain issues. Whether it is hands on work or virtual support, I would love to help you find more ease and comfort in your body and in your life.
The pandemic has changed the way I work. I am seeing only a limited number of clients for in person care. I also offer BodyMind Bridge hypnotherapy and Somatic Coaching as virtual options. This allows you to access socially distanced care from the comfort of your home.

Somatic Coaching is a body based practice where we meet regularly via video chat and I offer support and body based practices to help you navigate the pain, stress and anxiety in your life. Bringing the same deep presence to these virtual meetings that I do to in person work means that I can help you learn to cultivate a sense of embodiment that will support you in your daily life. Through heart centered deep listening practice, breathwork, and guided imagery, I can give you a space to focus on what you need to live well and flourish

Every body tells a story. Integrative massage listens to yours. Drawing from dermoneuromodulation, myofascial work, breathwork, neuromuscular re-education, and craniosacral work, this session will help you get out of your head and into your body so that you can hear what it is telling you. Craniosacral therapy is a clothed modality that uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and you will experience deep relaxation as your nervous system resets to a calmer state. CST is helpful for fibromyalgia and migraine pain and many clients report that it brings new vitality to their bodies and their minds.
Medical Massage 60 or 90 min
Medical massage incorporates many techniques to address muscle and skeletal issues diagnosed by a doctor. Prescription and insurance information required in order to bill insurance. Service includes SOAP notes and insurance billing. Only some insurance companies allow for 90 minute sessions. Please note that you are responsible for payment if your insurance denies medical necessity.
Bodywork can be instrumental to your self care plan. Making the investment in your own somatic experience can help reduce stress, improve sleep, reduce chronic pain and tension and reconnect yourself with your own healing process. Package rates offer you a discounted rate for planning ahead and making time for regular sessions.
